Maintains the grounds of industrial, commercial, or public property by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Cuts lawns
• Trims and edges around walkways, flower beds, and walls
• Prunes shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth or removed damaged leaves, branches, or twigs
• Rakes and bags leaves
• Cleans grounds and removes litter
• Plants grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs
• Pressure washes sidewalks
• Repairs fences and outside of buildings
• Cleans out drainage ditches and culverts
• Other duties as assigned
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; to use hands to finger, handle, or feel: reach with hands; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. •
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
• Must successfully pass a NACI background investigation.
• Must be eligible for issue and possession of a Common Access Card (CAC).
